Bourbon Steak & Potatoes – Flank steak marinated in a rich bourbon sauce and paired with garlic and chive mashed potatoes. 

Cheeseburger Pizza – A delicious twist on the traditional pizza with a mixture of cheeses and beef that reminds you of a backyard grilled cheeseburger.

Chicken Cakes with Chipotle Ranch Sauce – An elegant and unique twist on crab cakes with shredded boneless chicken breasts and paired with a zesty chipotle ranch sauce.

Chicken & Wild Rice Soup – Hearty soup packed with diced boneless chicken breast, wild rice, mushrooms and carrots is the perfect meal for a cool winter evening.

Cranberry Glazed Chicken – Dried cranberries and apple cider add a slightly sweet note to the savory marinade for these boneless chicken breasts.

French Dip Sandwiches – Back by popular demand!  Boneless beef roast simmered all day in the crock pot with a delicious French dip broth of soy, rosemary and thyme.  French rolls provided.

Mongolian Beef – Tender flank steak stir-fried with peppers in a sweet soy garlic sauce.  Served over rice.    

Panko & Bacon Crusted Fish – Mild white fish encrusted with a crispy breading mixture of pankos, lemon, bacon and fresh parsley.

 

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce – Succulent herbed boneless pork chops paired with a tangy raspberry sauce.

Sweet & Spicy Pork Tenderloin – Pork tenderloin rubbed with a variety of zesty spices and topped with a sweet maple-onion sauce.

Vegetarian Enchiladas – Go south of the border with our authentic Mexican vegetarian enchiladas filled with black beans, spinach, corn, red onions and Monterey Jack cheese.

Pumpkin Crisp – Creamy pumpkin filling topped with a buttery brown sugar and oat crumble.  This is so delicious that you may never want to eat traditional pumpkin pie again!

Italian Braided Bread – Two personal-sized braided breads filled with pepperoni, italian sausage, shredded mozzarella and topped with our signature spaghetti sauce.  Just bake and serve.

Parmesan Chicken Fingers – Boneless chicken strips rubbed with fresh herbs, parmesan and Japanese bread crumbs topped with a delicious tomato sauce.
