Reschedule, Cancellation or Refund Policy
What should I do if I need to reschedule or cancel a session?
We understand certain situations come up which may require you to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Because we
place your food order prior to your session, we ask for a 5-day notification and would be happy to apply a credit towards a future session, if rescheduled within two weeks.
If you notify us less than 48 hours before your scheduled session, you may reschedule or use our pick-up or delivery
service for the same day or next day and will not be charged a cancellation fee. We will apply an additional fee if you
choose pick-up or delivery. If there is less than 48 hours and you choose not to reschedule or use pickup or delivery the same day or next day, a cancellation charge will apply.
Please contact us at (330)492-PLAN as soon as you are aware of a conflict and are not able to attend your scheduled
session.
