Entrees

Autumn Stuffed Pork Chops Boneless pork chops stuffed with sage stuffing, apples, cranberries and caramelized onions.

 

Baked Chicken Frittata – Serve this for brunch or a light dinner.  A hearty combination of roasted shredded chicken, orzo, eggs, cheddar and fresh chives.

Baked Parmesan Chicken – Boneless chicken breasts rubbed with fresh herbs, parmesan and Japanese bread crumbs topped with a delicious tomato sauce and provolone cheese.

Cheeseburger Meatloaf – A delicious twist on the traditional meatloaf with a mixture of cheeses and beef that reminds you of a backyard grilled cheeseburger.

Classic Stuffed Peppers – Bell peppers stuffed with zesty sausage, ground beef and rice & topped with a delicious tomato sauce and parmesan cheese. 

 

Corn & Potato Chowder – Hearty corn chowder packed with potatoes and bacon is the perfect meal for a cool fall evening.

Flank Steak with Balsamic Syrup – Marinated tender flank steak topped with goat cheese and drizzled with a sweet balsamic syrup. 

 

Ginger Shrimp Stir Fry – Shrimp and crispy snow peas marinated in a delicious ginger sauce.  Serve with rice.

Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken – Tender boneless chicken breasts stuffed with a combination of cheeses and sun dried tomatoes.  Served over cous cous.

Spinach Ricotta Pasta Bake – Baked pasta layered with spinach ricotta and topped with our signature tomato sauce.

Sweet Mustard Pork Tenderloin – Pork tenderloin roasted in a tangy-sweet sauce of honey and Dijon mustard.

Sweet Szechwan Chicken – Boneless chicken breasts crusted in pankos (Japanese bread crumbs) and topped with a sweet Szechwan sauce. 

Pumpkin Cheesecake – Pumpkin cheesecake in a pecan-graham cracker crust is a rich and delicious alternative to the traditional pumpkin pie.

Creamy Corn Souffle - A delicious blend between corn bread and a slightly sweet corn pudding!

Broccoli & Red Pepper with Garlic – Broccoli florets and diced red peppers sautéed with garlic and tossed with fresh squeezed lemon juice.
