Bacon-Wrapped Pork Roast – Boneless pork loin rubbed with garlic & herbs, wrapped in bacon and slow roasted to perfection.

 

Beef & Broccoli Lo Mein – Flank steak with fresh broccoli, carrots, onions and noodles in a sweet and spicy soy-ginger sauce.

Chicken Pot Pie – Roasted chicken breast pieces mixed with a variety of hearty vegetables and topped with home-made buttermilk biscuits makes this meal the perfect comfort food for a cold winter night.

Chicken Marsala – Herbed boneless chicken breasts in a savory Marsala and mushroom sauce.

Cranberry Stuffed Pork Chops –Juicy pork chops stuffed with dried cranberries and goat cheese and topped in a sweet honey-balsamic vinegar dressing.
